Each piece is handcrafted specially for you once the order is confirmed. After garment is made it goes through 2 layers of quality & sanity checks before shipping to customer.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy ?
- Return/Exchange request period 72 hours from date of receiving the goods.
- We only offer Refund/Exchange incase of damaged, defective or Incorrect order delivered.
- If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact our customer Support within 72 hours of receiving your order with relevant photos.
- Products should not be returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled. All the tags & labels should be intact.
- Returns/Exchanges will not be applicable on custom/Bespoke orders.
- We offer one time exchange for different size as applicable. This exchange is applicable on fresh merchandise only.
- SALE products are final sales and are not eligible for return/exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse the returns of any products.
How to initiate the Return/Exchange process ?
- Reach out to support@istristory.com or Whatsapp: +91 9599794770 with Order No. & relevant photos. Please mention "Return" or "Exchange" in the subject for our ease & quicker response.
- Once the request of return/exchange is accepted we will guide you through the process of returning the item.
- For exchange a nominal fee of Rs 100 will be charged.
- With the courier partners involved it takes 10-15 days to complete the cycle of returns.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at support@istristory.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Do mention ‘CANCELLATION’ in the subject and details of your booking order with product name in the mail.
